The Teenage Years

We learn from our mistakes,
From the wrong turns we take,
From the fake friends we make,
And from the times we almost break.
Our mistakes help us grow,
But at the time, we didn't know.
We didn't want our weakness to show.
At the time, we couldn't let them know.
Our fake friends were there,
But they didn't actually care
Our secrets they would share,
And now as we pass, they just stare.
Not breaking means you're strong.
You'd know where you went wrong,
As if you weren't waiting so long
To explain yourself, but stay strong.
So here's to the liars and traitors,
All the wannabes and haters
And learning from our mistakes
And learning to spot the fakes.
Here's to being a teen
Live it up, 'cause we're living the dream.

From the poem, we learn about teen life. That in the life as a teen, we learn from our mistakes, the wrong turns that we take, and also the fake friends that we make. But in fact, our mistakes help us grow. But at the same time, we didn't know, and we didn't care about it. We just didn't want our weakness to show. And our fake friends didnt actually care about us.
But believe it, that we are strong and we had know where we went wrong.
As a teen, all we do is about daydream. Life it up, cause we're living the dream.

The poem is same with my experience is tell about moment adolescent,is have a lot of challenge,like have a lot of fake friends,problem,insecure with my self.But it's okay we know with our weakness and we can learn this,to be better next life and don't judge your weakness because it's gift from Allah SWT,and don't judge your fake friends because this,make yourself stronger to confront the bitterness of life

Summary/Main Point
•that poem told us about what we'll facing at this teenage time. From that poem, we can took a lesson that our mistakes from this teenage time, will help us to grow, to be the better person. Eventhough surrounding by many mistakes, fake friends, and other hard times, we must be able to realize, that problems, will make us to be stronger and better person. Keep your head up, and never surrender, because we're living the dream.

📌 Summary :
Based on the poem, we know that the problems on teen's life are about mistakes and wrong. The mistakes and the wrong can be material for learn and for help us to grow. Beside that, the problems on teen's life is about fake friends too. The fake friends are dangerous, because, they are can share our secrets and they are can be our friends, but actually they are didn't care about what happened with us.
It is a lot of the problem that teen have, but, as a teen, we must be stay strong and stay learn with what our mistakes and our wrong. Come on, live it up and let life flow because we are living the dream.

We should learn from the mistakes that we made in the past. Such as the wrong ways that we choosed also fake friends that we ever had. Those false steps can make us became a better person so we can replace the failure with our success. We must find the good friend that stays with us not only in our joys but also in our sorrow. Don't ever give up! From our past we know which one is wrong and which one is right. All teenagers will face the same things. Just let it flow and focus in catching our dreams.
